Built and delivered 20+ collaborative robot (cobot) machines for Thermo Fisher Scientific Singapore's semiconductor wafer handling projects, managing full lifecycle from customer requirements through on-site commissioning.
Engineered an AMR-Cobot automated load/unload system for Infineon Singapore's Cohu Delta Matrix semiconductor test handler, programming Beckhoff PLC to coordinate a UR10 cobot mounted on a MiR500 AMR.

Control Systems Engineer
Architected enterprise SCADA systems for Singapore's critical energy infrastructure (EMA, SP Group — Power Gas and Power Grid divisions, Tuas Power, SLNG).
Designed PLC control programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) with safety-critical logic for industrial process control. Built SQL-based data pipelines using Kepware OPC-UA and MS SQL for real-time performance analysis across 100+ distributed RTU networks.
Software Engineer — Factory Automation
Programmed multi-axis motion control for high-speed pick-and-place robotic systems (Hirata AR-V1000H30, AR-F650HCs) coordinating PLCs, servo drives, and vision systems for major clients including Foxconn (Shenzhen), Honda Motor (Indonesia), and Dyson (V8/V10 lines across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia).
Integrated Keyence and Omron cameras for real-time defect detection, achieving 99.5% inspection accuracy. Conducted system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and measurement system analysis (MSA) at Hirata Kumamoto headquarters.
